Is this a REAL Magnaflow?

I saw these on Ebay and wondering if this is real or knockoff. I want to replace my stock cat with a high flow one.

Just so there's no confusion, anything that's a honeycomb substrate is high flow as far as we are concerned. 99.9% of the honeycomb cats can outflow a moderatly modded 5.7L(400hp+), so if it's honeycomb like that one, it'll work just fine. "High Flow" is a gimic.
