headers are here
the pacesetters came in today by UPS, still waiting for the cam from Fed Ex. The contruction is pretty good on these, they felt pretty solid. IT DID COME WITH HEADER BOLTS. I can see why the gaskets blow out easily, since they're pretty much thick paper. Im gonna sand blast the paint off of them and use some silver header paint, and weld the 2 Y pipe pieces together instead of the crappy clamp that is supplied.
watch out most of thos ebrand sof hi temp paint that u get at the auto parts store are worthless.just about ever set of headers i have painted had the paint burn off within a few days.the best paint i have found for painting headers is at home depot.its hi temp grill paint.i painted a set of headers over 1.5 years ago with it and the paint is still on the headers
