i have a 180 t-stat left over from my old 91 v6 its still in the box never used its made by jet. figured no one would look at it on the forsale boards so i thought somebody might want one here. Id like to get 10 shipped for it.

no offense to greenbird, but 1988camarocs, you can get one from napa or where ever w/ a gasket for like 1/4 the price. youre paying for a name, and thats about it. i got mine plus a gasket for like $3. again, no offense green.

Nobody wants to buy from this guy. Take my word on that after a horrible experience:

Paids good money for a pair of "Perfectly working Firebird Headlights with Motors", only to have it take a MONTH to get them.

When i finally put them in the car, the bushings were shot on the motors. The ones he sold me were no better than the crap i already had, and he did nothing but make excuses when he hadnt sent them. Finally, after badmouthing him here, he sent them, and they dont work.

When i asked him for my money back, he said "They were off a junk car and they went up and down before i sent them. Say what you want."

so there you have it. Decide if its worth losing your money too.

 

Well lets see havent talked to you in 3 months. You got your headlights that it took alot more time then usual to ship them because i injured myself and had surgery and had no way of giving your headlights to you. So then you email me i tell and you come on thirdgen trashing me. So then i sent you an email with tracking numbers i told you to post on hear that you received them and you didnt and havent said a word to me since now. After 3 months of no words from you i hear that you want your money back on a part you had for 3 months??? Damn my paints faded so now im gonna harrass gm to pay for my paint because the paint they gave me is poor quality. See how stupid you sound?? I pulled them off a junk car and they did go up and down then i took them off when i pulled them they worked. its been over 3 months since you have had them and now they dont work and you want your money back. If they didnt work then why didnt you tell me this 3 months ago when you recieved them sounds alittle odd to me so dont come out on me saying i sold you a junk part when its been 3 months is there a reason why i wasnt notified that it didnt work 3 months ago??

 

Because they werent in the car for the three months, you dolt. When i ordered them, i expected them to be here promptly. They werent, and im a busy person, so i had to forgo putting them in until this week, becuase when i had time, you couldnt manage to ship them on time.

They just got taken out of the boxes two nights ago.

As for my not posting the tracking info you sent me, as you recall, YOU posted them, and they didnt work when i looked them up. They showed up the next day anyway, and why would i post up praising that i finally got parts i had waited a month for?

And while were on the subject of youre *surgury and injury*, if you want to play that game, i can dig up your post history, about how you managed to BUY, REGISTER, AND DRIVE your current car, all during the time you were *unable* to send me my parts. What? Your dad did all that for you? Shame he couldnt stop at UPS for you on the way.

Reputation and word of mouth is all we have in an online community. So ask yourself this: Why would i ask for money back AND OFFER TO SEND YOU BACK YOUR GARBAGE, if it worked when i got it? Im not making my fortune screwing with people over their nickels and dimes. I just dont respect anyone who treats our thirdgen community like ****, just to make a buck.

So in closing: I couldnt install them promptly, because you couldnt ship them on time. Now theyre installed, and they dont work. Any more bull**** excuses?

Absolutely. If a moderator thinks its harrassment because im trying to honestly warn potential buyers not to get ripped off, then im sure theyll act appropriately.

EDIT: BTW, that was the point about the IROC. You didnt have time/means to mail me my stuff, but THAT WEEK you managed to have the means to buy yourself a new car, register it, and insure it. Seems to me you just didnt want to send me anything, till i came here on a tirade 3 months ago.
