I don't know if you can get a top end brand new anymore... I'd be suprised. I'd junkyard all that stuff and just clean it up anyways. If you wanted it all like new, just have it all hot-tanked and have the heads gone through. Bamn. It's now like new. If it was TPI I'd pull some junkyard injectors and send them in to Cruzin Performance, they'll rebuild and flow match them to like new condition.
As for bottom end rebuild kits, you can get master kits for like 300 bucks for the 2.8 and the 3.1. If you have a 2.8 block that is 85 or newer (one piece rear seal) you can use a 3.1 kit in a 2.8 to make it a 3.1. Try here Stroker kit and Engine Rebuild supplies for Import and Domestic Engines
