How hard to install a CTS?

It looks kinda bad place to get to. It seems like ya got to remove the throttlebody and plenum to to do the job. Is it just a matter of a deep socket and possible U-joint? Any helpful tips are appreciated.

I'm doing that on my car today.... 3/4 in.socket, swivel, extension and ratchet works fine... do it while the car is cold though.
