bleed your brakes, have someone pump your brakes(with car off), then have then hold the pedal down, loosen the bleeder valve on your caliper(starting from the one furthest from you brake master cylinder, and work torward the closest)untill all the bubbles are out of the lines. just make sure you fill the brake fluid as you go so no more air gets in the lines. and you should get a muc firmer pedal feel. easy as pic. sorry if there are typing errors, im typing with a broken hand. any oter questions PM me.

Had you opened the brake system when you replaced the brakes? If not there was no way for air to have entered. If that is the case, it sounds like you may have lost a master cylinder.
Engine running in park.
Press pedal firmly.
Lift foot slightly, then apply pressure again.
Repeat several times.
If you can get the pedal to the floor and not leak fluid from anywhere, your master cylinder is history.
This is assuming you did not open up the system and let air in while you were doing the brakes. If you did, follow Leo_'s directions.
If you fluid is black and skanky, do it in either event.
Keep the brake fluid off your paint, it takes it off.
Have fun.
