Runs smoother too when taking off slowly from a stop. So far this week I haven't had the SES light come on at all. Don't know why it came on 3 times the same day I put in the new o2 last sat. Computer had to sort itself out maybe?

Fuel mileage was about 22mpg this last tank. 307 miles before it just reached the red zone on the guage. A month ago I could barely get 285. Still a far cry from 360-380 though (28ish mpg).

Hopefully when summer roles around it'll go up more with the summer gas. Also the engine will be more broken in and I'll be able to switch to synthetic oil too. Currently there's a little over 2k on it.

I do have a rattle that's making me worry however. 1500 to 1700 rmps. Frequency and loudness depends on engine load. Doesn't do it while in neutral.

The guy I got my 3.4 from gave me the exahust manifolds too. What I'm gonna try is to hook up the 02 sensor on the passenger side manifold to see how that works. I'm hoping not to run into the issues you have been having but thanks for posting so much info. Gives me something to look out for.

Above 1650-1700 it goes away. Last night though I thought I heard it around 2000 though. I'll have to listen again today if I drive somewhere.
