Sounds like your starter brushes are worn, once they get worn it takes more current from the battery to turn that motor.Batteries also dont like cold weather..have your battery load checked and make sure your cables/terminals are making good connections.I converted my side post terminals on my battery to top post(more surface connection)),and installed a 2 gauge ground cable. To help it out during the winter months.I also installed the biggest cold crank amp battery I could find.I think it was like 850 CCA from auto zone.Dont think the crank spins a full rovo now.

i will check into that. I was also wondering if you could tell me why my headlights will not come on when it is cold . (27-50 degrees F) it has a new headlight switch. Although the parking lights come on and when you pull the switch all the way out no headlights. (weird car i know.)

Okay, heres where a wiring schematic is helpful..theres a few things to check. The first is your grounds, theres one to the switch, some on each headlight. If those look good, check the power wire(red) on the headlight switch itself to see if theres power to it.If not you might have a fuseable link thats either going bad or not making good contact from a power source. And lastly check the fuses in the box.Basically, you have to check power to the switch and power out of the switch, which will hopefully send you in the right direction. To me it sounds more like a bad ground wire or connection...
