I would highly recommend fabricating our own. Your local hardware store, as well as auto-parts store, will have everything you need...

Indeed, Lowes, Home Depot, etc. Search is your friend. I found 3" PVC, and stuff from the plumbing department at the hardware stores, along with clamps to put it all together.
The ultimate N/A non-ram intake is a Cold Air Intake, thus named because it draws air from outside the engine compartment, as opposed to 150-200* air from inside.
BTW if you've been to the yard and you think you can rig up that V6 camaro dual snorkel pseudo-ram air looking deal that comes stock... firebirds don't have the hood clearance. I've yet to see a home-made or store-bought ram-air here on thirdgen so I bet the best you can do is CAI.
Essentially what you'll do is delete the airbox, delete the stock air filter holder, remove that giant bolt, deal with the cannister somehow, then get your air either from under the headlights (if yours are stuck-up like mine are) - or the fender.
Put a K&N on the end of whatever contraption you build. No other filter will do in my humble opinion.
You'll save a ton of money - keeping it in your pocket and having fun building your own.
