draining engine coolant

i am trying to get all the collant out of the block. but i cant find where it drains from, could some one help me to get evrey last bit of it out.

there are two bolts, one on each side of the block. they are low and near the oil pan, and are basiccaly the only bolts there. you cant miss them. i think they take a 9/16 socket IIRC.
