hey, my girlfriends has an '98 catera (cadalliac) it won't turn over, the fuel pump fuse was blown, changed it, though it still won't crank...as always i don't know what it is, but you guys have always answered my dumb questions so once again please...and hey either way its a 'GM' so we should lend a hand...thanks

Sorry man...not 3rd gen f-body...soooo, gotta lock it.
Check to make sure you're getting power and crank signal to the starter.
