hello, i was lookin at a mild cam upgrate that says itll work with the computer and i was just wondering if stock lifter springs are strong enoph and was wonderin what the stock cam specs are on the 91 - 3.1 v6

the cam im looking at is .420 int and .443 exhaust... is this infact a upgrate???

That should be ok, max lift is .5. The cam I just sold was .429/.436.

Who's the mfgr? Delta Cams are cheap and you could have those same specs re-ground form a stock cam for $60 or so, and they have lifters for $40/set.

yea the cam is only 80$ so ill prob go with that..... but do u have all the stock cam specs id like to c the difference. to see if its worth tearin the top end down, but on the lifters do u think i really need new ones.. its prob a good idea but after the cam and gasket set itll be about 200$ so is it worth the extra 40 well if u could post me were i could pick them up for the 40 that would be great, thanks!

if i would have to guess id just say that the cam is just designed to hold the exhaust valve open a tad longer

dude like firstfirebird said check out delta cams they have a web site and then give them a call.


btw firstfirebird how many people have we referd to them in the past, we should get some sort of advertisers fee.
