Cooling fan stays on alllllll the time!

Ok I found out that my cooling fan comes on as soon as I start the car even when cold. I mean immediately. I replaced all the sensors with new ones when I swapped to the 3.4 (man that was quite expensive...) all A/C Delco

I haven't installed the A/C components yet so all the A/C stuff is disconnected like all the compressor connectors and the connector that goes to the A/C pipe on the passenger side. Does this affect it in any way?

Does anyone have any suggestions as whats goign on here? Bad sensor? Wrong sensor? Bad relay? Thanks in advance!
