Still doesn't idle...
Hey guys, I have a question for anyone who can help me. I have an 89 2.8, 201000km, I've cleaned everything that I can get to, air filter, air filter box, air filter hoses, throttle body, IAC, MAP, changed fuel filter, changed my O2, catalytic, and I just changed my oil 300km ago. I still have the same problem of an idle drop. For example, I'll stop at a light, it'll be idling at 650 RPM, then drop down to 350-400 and almost die, the voltmeter drops, and the car starts to shake. Is there anything else that can cause this?

Weird cars man, it's such a pain diagnosing problems on a fuel injected car.

A lot of people here have replaced all parts that you have and it's still bad. That's why I think it's the injectors. They are old and they do go bad. Linder has a set of Bosch's for $200. I think I'm going to do that in the spring.
