2.8 Cam, very specific question

I just got a cam in from Delta Cam. I had asked for the cam from the S10 Blazer, "torque cam" as they called it. The specs are:

Lift: 0.388 intake, 0.388 exhaust
Duration @ 0.050: 189 intake, 200 exhaust

The application is meant for improving city driving and city mileage. Going on the stock specs listed here, is this the right cam? I just want to be absolutely sure I've got what I need before I start the build.

.388 should be fine with stock springs etc. A 262 gives you .440 lift and 212 duration @ .050 IIRC, would have to look up my old cam card.
