Hello again.

I recently was trying to figure out why my sprayers arent working and checking the rubber lines that goes to the sprayers. One of the lines coming off the pump had I guess a vacuum delay valve installed on it for some reason. Cant say that I've seen that setup before but does the sprayer use engine vacuum for some reason to get the liquid to the pump ? The pump itself is making normal noise but no spray yet. I thought that looked strange and was curious if anyone knows whats up with that ?
