Car runs like poop when humid/foggy/rainy

Hey guys, I was wondering what the possibilities of my distributor being cracked, coil being no good, bad ground, old injectors, and timing belt being no good. My car started right up this morning (Roughly 7:45 AM) on the first crank. I drive it to school, it starts chugging on the way, nothing big, just a little bounce when I get within about 3 KM of my school. It was as soon as I hit the fog that it started running like crap. Unusual idle, shaking, low oil pressure, high temp. It's really getting on my nerves diagnosing this stuff.

So far I've replaced cap, rotor, 80$ Bosch Wires, AC Delco plugs (For the 89 2.8), fuel filter, air filter, O2 sensor, catalytic converter, I've cleaned out the throttle body, IAC, and the other ports in the throttle body itself. I've cleaned out the air ducts going to the throttle body from the air filter, cleaned the MAF sensor. That's about half the stuff I can remember doing, and it still runs like crap. On 75 degree days it runs like a champ, no idle problems, it's got a lot of power (As much as a stock 2.8 has ) and it doesn't get hot. Any ideas?

Re: Car runs like poop when humid/foggy/rainy
I had a problem once with the car running bad after sitting for a week in rainy weather. One winter in germany it got really bad during some wet, snowy weather.

Anyway, I replaced the coil (the theory being a hairline crack would let humidity in) and I've never had the problem since. I did the O2 at the same time, but I see you already did that.
