Rebuild help

Ok I was trying to pre oil my new motor. But I can get oil to come out of all the rocker arms. It comes out of a few really good but not all of them Does haveing the intake off mater? Or do i have the rocker arms ajusted wrong? thanks for any help i get.

rotate the engine a little to take the load off the lifters alternately, sometimes they won't prime initially when under a load...

Thanks i will try that. I get some oil up just dont seem like it a lot on some of them. Did know if the intake being off made a diffence or not. also the oil trys to come out of the distruber hole also.
