i think i know the answer, but then i think i know alot of things lol, are third gen and forth gen wheels interchangable????????????????

Well, I tried to put GTA wheels on my 96 firebird but the rear wheels stuck out more then the stockers did, I'm sure its the opposite when You go to put 4th gen stockers on a 3rd gen... But to asnwer your question yes there interchangible but You'll most likely need spacers.

I could be wrong though.

If they are 16s it depends on the size tire you put on them as to weather you will need spacers or not. If they're 15s you should be fine. The bolt pattern is the same. You can even put vette rims on there butyou will need spacers for those.

thanks guys, ive just seen a forth gen for sale with nice wheels and considered buying, swaping wheels than selling it on with profit of course ;-)
helps when looking at used wheels on ebay and such as well, cheers
