3.1 to 3.4 is it worth it?

i have a 1990 firebird and i have been throught a bunch of stuff on the v6 forum and i was wonder if that whole .3 liters of displacement truely make a consequenchal difference in then end. but with that being said i had been thinking if i did switch to a 3.4 any mods id did to it would have a bigger impact.

Don't just swap for the extra displacement- it's also a stronger block with additional webbing, comes with dis from the factory making swapping in a 3x00 top end easier, can use the 3500 top end and has a better bore/stroke ratio.

3.4 is a good choice. It opens up a lot of options in the furture easier than a 3.1/2.8 does.

I'm hoping to get a DIS coversion fabbed soon and then all the 2.8/3.1's can go with FWD heads with a lot less effort
