Also how can I do the "Idle Learn Procedure." w/o the scan tool?

Look up the IAC in the tech articles. I think that it is in there. I'm not sure about the IAC housing, what dou you mean by that? The part ontop of the TB that the IAC threads into? If so then just grab one from a junkyard.

The top one looks correct. Thats what I used on my old car.
