Transmission: Automatic
Axle/Gears: 3.23
Quarter mile Tips?
I'm running my 3.1 Firebird at a place called Edge Water on Friday. I've never raced before. Can anyone give me some tips on how to get the best time out of my car possible?

not much really throw an additional 2 degrees of timing in it,load the converter on launch,pull out the airfilter.bump up the air pressure in the front tires,take some weight out of the car.

So basically do all that before hand and floor it the instant I see a green light.

floor it when you see the 2nd "or last" yellow light up. go to 50 psi in front tires if there not dry rotted.
