amperage rating

I am wiring up a set of custom gauges and I cant seem to find the amperage rating anywhere, I need this to help me determine what gauge of wire to use for the amp gauge. It is a 84 2.8 car. Thanks for any ideas

My Sunpro volt gauge said to use 18 gauge wire universally.

I got a sunpro gauges too and for the amp gauge it says use 12gauge for 25 amp rating 10gauge for 40 amps 8gauge for 65 amps and 6gauge for 95 amps
