Exhaust sputtering...stuck valve maybe?
I tried the paper trick and held it to the exhaust. Every now and then the paper would get sucked in the tailpipe. I did the tune-up thing just to make sure it was'nt electrical and it needed it anyways. That did'nt cure the problem. I can't really tell it on the highway...just when its at idle and when the car it hot. I was thinking maybe a stuck valve or lifter. My first thought was to put in some Seafoam to maybe help breakup all the crud and carbon thats built up then do a fresh oil change. I'm going to do a compression check to make sure, but my gas mileage has'nt suffered at all. Any thoughts?
