Engine: 3.1
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.23:1
stall question
Does anyone happen to know what the torque converter's stall speed is on a '91 firebird with the 3.1? I've tried searching but am having a hard time at the moment finding it.

its liek 1,700-1900 rpms prolly an s10 unit will stall about 2,500

My 91 seems to stall to 1600, but I hate running even up to that... I bet 1000 would get me going on the street (without driving hard)
