Are These Different?
I was looking at GM's performance 3.4 motor http://paceperformance.com/index.asp...D&ProdID=22494 and if you look towards the bottom it under the individual parts it says "Cylinder heads-Part # 14054884 Cast iron , 60 V6 performance Head , Originally used on the Citation X11 2.8 H.O. Engine 1.72" Intake, 1.42" Exhaust ( standard heads have 1.60" Intake and 1.30" Exhaust)", so I looked up the part number and the best I could find is "This high-performance cast iron cylinder head is used on High Output transverse-mounted and fuel-injected rear-wheel-drive V6/60º engines. It is machined for 1.72" diameter intake valves and 1.42" exhaust valves. (Standard heads have 1.60" intakes and 1.30" exhausts.) This cylinder head is recommended for off-road V6/60º racing engines." Are these the heads we already have or would they be considered an "upgrade'? Thanks in advanced.

Also everywhere I read it says that the L44 (Fiero 2.8) was the only 2.8 that had H.O. heads, I thought they were the same as ours.

Citations were the first to get "H.O." heads. These will not be an upgrade from what you have. After the 1986 model year all RWD 660s had the same heads.
