so. heres my idea with a cold air intake for my 2.8 sport coupe camaro 1987 mpfi. i have the front bumper with the 3 vent openings in the middle..so i want to make some sort of cold air intake out of that. and use the same stock intake placement. and just change out that stupid black hose with an aluminum pipe and 2 reducing couplings whle still using the maf?/mas? sensor. anyone have any ideas on how to make those slots usable with keeping moisture out. i would really enjoy to hear the ideas. and who knows maybe ill use it haha..fabricating something up isnt really a problem...i know many people who would fab something for me. so send some drawings or just write out the idea. haha thank you

What about something like this?

It's a whopping 99.95 over at HawksThirdGen which IMO is a way too much. But hey it gives you an idea on what to make.
There's a guy on this site that actually made it himself, name is 2.8RS _. https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/fabr...d-camaros.html
