Is This Normal????
Well i have an 87 camaro 2.8 v6 MPFI auto transmission, and it idled at 1,250-1,500 rpms, and when i put it in gear, it really jerked the car because it was idling so high.
So i replaced all my plugs, and now it idles at 1,000, and then when i put it in gear it idles at about 750 rpms.
My question is, is it normal now, 1,000 idle, 750 in gear?? If not how can i adjust the idle speed?

1000 is a little high the correct way to set it is the ecm which should still be set right. Check to make sure you don't have any dry rotted vaccum line thats sucking air.
