Re: exhaust manifold/flange bolts

you can use just about any bolt u like so long as its a grade 8 {my preference} 3/8 should fit perfectly . you should be able to get them at any hardware store around you. oh and dont forget to get flat washers and lock washers when you go

Re: exhaust manifold/flange bolts

well i was thinkin about just doing that but the bolts are wierd it has threads then a nut that is like welded to the bolt or something then it has a space then more threads which makes sense for the driver's side cause it doesnt need a nut cause it goes into some part of the manifold but the passenger side bolts are the same only it needs a nut

Re: exhaust manifold/flange bolts

it sounds like they are studs. the bad news is if they are broken they need to come out. with the right tools its a halfway easy job. if you have access to a torch of some kind you can heat up the manifold flange{cherry red} slap a stud puller on the broken end and wrench it out. if no torch you might get away with soaking the flange with PB Blaster for a while and seeing if they come free. your last and final option is to grab the remaining stud with vise grips and snap it off at the flange, then drill out the rest of the stud. it will take forever and you'll spend a small fortune in drill bits, but it will get out
