help..in need of v6 assistance

alright... i have a 1990 firebird with a 3.1l v6 and automatic transmission...im not new to firebirds just the v6 and ive already been through a couple times and seen what you can do ive read up on the injector swaps from 3.8l's and such but are there any others i could do like that....being a teenager im looking for the cheapest way to get some power along with getting the satisfaction of saying that i did everything myself... im pretty handy when it comes to anything so if it takes a little work im fine with that...im just in need of assistance i could use any and all help

a new induction setup will help bring more air into the car, helping it perform better...also, look for any aftermarket exhaust...anything flows better than the stamped pipe that came from the factory...

its all relatively cheap...just depends on your budget...

yeah...i plan on doing some suspension work in welding like subframe connectors and a strut brace among many otherthings that im gonna fab in welding at the school..i was thinking about doing a custom exhaust possibly ...i was thinking 1 pipe with a dual out....2.5"

I always liked hood scoops...but I always dreaded people asking me to pop my hood and seeing a V6 under a hood scoop
IMHO...I think that if you have a hood scoop...you should need it. But its not my car...it does look cool...you like it, go for it.
