need help id'ing a wire

87 camaro (v6 of course) i removed all the wires out of the engine bay on the passenger side. i know all but 1 of the wires on the drivers side. does any one know what the black wire with white stripe goes to ?

Icheck the haynes manual and it shows that wire goes to ground both on the fuel pump relay and the ecm, but as i remember right that wire also powered the electric fan.
