side gapped spark plugs
OK i just found out about this i don't know what its about and how you go about this but an old guy at a truck stop seen i had a nitrous tank in the back of my car and we started to talk and he said back in his day side gapping plug was the way to go with N.O.S and supercharge to get that extra boost so what is it.

It's when the ground electrode is cut back so it doesn't shroud the center electrode. It's worth about 1 or 2 HP over a conventionally gapped plug, but most "performance" plugs already come gapped that way.

I doubt you'd even notice. Certainly it's not worth the trouble of pulling the plugs to do it until it's time to change the plugs anyway. Don't get too carried away trimming and shaping the end of the ground electrode with nitrous or you'll end up making a glow plug.
