OK here's the POOP. MY girl friend has a 91 RS 3.1 Camaro. Rides fine and takes off fine. After about 20 minutes of driving it will still be fine but when you stop at a light it will go down to 1000 RPMS and start idling rough. It will go 1000 rpms - 1100 rpms to 1000 rpms and so on. It just keeps going up and down making a rough idle. As soon as you take off it runs fine, that is until the next light. Also - once in a while ( once every few days ) the check engine light will pop on. I finally got to read the code one day. Code 13. The TPS sounded like it was the problem to both. Replaced it, but no change in the problem. Any info would be great thanks.

Does anyone know what the 91RS 3.1 should idle at (rpms)?

Also - The temp gauge goes up into the red sometimes but i dont understand why. I shot it with the heat gun and it reads normal temps, but yet the gauges reads 200 - RED ZONE
