Radiator Help

i have a 92 rs v6, since its winter its hard for my car to over heat so see if something is wrong. but when i open my hood when my car has cooled down the top radiator hose is like sucked shut, could this be a bad thermostat or could something be clogged?

colapsed hose. replace it.

could have the wrong radiator cap,correct one has a
valve that is supposed to release when the pressure
drops in the radiator,so coolant can flow from the
recovery tank back into the radiator,recovery tank
hose could be plugged or frozen too.
