Dimensionally, yes, it should be the same size and bolt up to the car....
but what to do with the front driveshaft...... *evil grin* I've been down this road before.

I've looked this over a few times because I want to make my car all wheel drive.
Do you have a front transfer case? 'cause if not, your 4x4 transmission is going to be semi-useless.
Try and find a rear wheel drive one. They should be cheaper.

IDK... It could be possible that all of the 700R4s came from the factory with the same gear ratios. Either way, all you have to do is get rid of the transfer case adapter and install a tailshaft housing from an Fbody. All it is is 4 bolts and an o-ring gasket, along with swapping your VSS in from your existing 700R4.
