Rear mount vs. single header turbo??

Ok so im gathering peices for a turbo project and i was wondering which would put out more power? It seems as though it would be just as easy to build a rear mount turbo system as it would to only use one of my pacesetter headers. Those of you who have the pacesetters know that the driver side header is in a great place to add on an under crossmember turbo system. But both obviously have flaws. The rear mount will make numbers but will have a bit of lag, and i was thinking that the single header might make up for what the RM would lack. What do you guys think? I cant weld so im looking into the simplest design possible.
