I have been reading through old threads and I can't seem to find an answer to this question.
Can you get aftermarket headers that don't require you to remove the air pump.
And If you are removing the air pump what is involved in the process.
Any links or pictures would be great. Thanks.

I hate to say it, but you didn't search hard enough. The only 50 State legal set of headers made are for the 2.8L w/AIR, made by Pacesetter.
