You need to either fix the malfunction or remove the bulb. There is no reset for the SES in our cars.
First thing to do is to be sure that the SES blinks at key-on, engine-off (KOEO). After the ignition has been off for at least 10 seconds:
At KOEO the SES should: turn on briefly, blink off, then turn on solid. The blink off is the important piece. If no blink off then the either the ECM or the MEMCAL is bad.
If the blink occurred then short A&B on the ALDL connector and flash the codes (KOEO again). From the TGO home page there is a tech article that goes into more detail on this. Then it is a matter of correcting the malfunction that is causing the SES to light up.
