Thanks for the injector advice.
After I reset the ECM after minor things were fixed. the scanner showed my block learn and integrator both at 128. Test drove it on the road and the block learn dropped to 100 and the integrator dropped between 85-90 while driving 55 in closed loop. The leaky injector(s) has got to be the problem. That would explain the following:
1. Drop in fuel pressure on a fuel pressure gauge.
2. The rich condition my scanner is telling me.
3. The unstable idle due to the fuel dripping rather than be atomized.
I guess the FPR is sealing against the fuel rail but I don't know of a way of checking that. I can't see how a fuel rail can go bad although I got an extra one on hand just in case. Thanks guys!
