My Mechanic said its most likely the fuel pump thats gone bad with the firebird. The car will just shut off me when im driving and left off the gas. he told me its gonna be around 450.00 for parts and labor, and did warn me that He may find other things wrong with it. Like the piece that holds the fuel pump in place and also the tank may need to be replaced. Since the car is 20 years old that makes sense. So I think, Im just gonna wait on this. cause i dont feel like spending a grand on it at the moment.
