87 front bumper removal.

Anyone have a quick procedure for doing this? I didn't want to go head first into it today seeing as i only had a limited amount of time, nothing ever goes as quick as i think it will. Does anything else have to be removed too, to get it off?

The air dam has to be either removed or disconnected, you may want to remove the headlights for easier access to the side bracket nuts, and then you remove the top plate from the radiator support. And there are also the push pins on the bottom you'll probably need pliers for.
