Transmission: Auto 4-Speed

Axle/Gears: 3.23

Fuel Pump Constantly Going (Even When Car is Off)

What could cause this and how could i fix it? Thanks.

I'm a newbie here, but I have a background in electronics. I would check or replace the pump relay, and check for a shorted wire to the pump. I think the relay you are looking for is on the firewall to the outside of the master cylinder. I think it is interchangeable with the fan relay that is right next to it.

So it was the relay and i replaced that. That kept the problem from happening everytime the car is off. Now whenever i drive 20+ miles it comes and doesnt shut off for more than a half an hour, when the car is off. There was a new relay in and everything.
