another v6 newbie question. my buddy has an 87 sport coupe with a blown up 2.8 v6. he has an s10 (not sure of year, believe 85-89) with a 2.8 as well,,,

now can he just swap intake manifolds, accessory drives, and distributor from the camaro 2.8 over to the s10 2.8? and work? or is there more?

any advise appreciated

Yes that is doable, but he may or may not have to swap over the camaro motor mounts and oil pan as well.
