muffler does not fit to tailpipes
carparts did send me an overaxletube 2 1/4"
talepipes 2 1/4" clamps 2 1/4"
but the walker-muffler they send is 2 1/2". Is it possible to put adapters between it? if yes, how sells them?
thanks for any other ideas.

You could always try taking everything to a muffler shop and have them expand the 2 1/4" pipes to fit the 2 1/2" muffler. I had my tailpipes expanded to fit over the muffler instead of going into it, but they were the same size as the muffler.

There -are- adapters... I've had to use them before. They slide into the inlet of the muffler, to reduce the 2.5" hole to a 2.25" hole.
However, dude, it's not worth it! Send all that stuff back to carparts.com, get in touch with summitracing.com , and order a Dynomax (Walker) Super-Turbo cat-back with 2.5" pipes all around. I can't believe carparts.com would send you a 2.25" pipe. What'd they charge you for all that?

thanks to you Tom it's a walker dynomax muffler, I need 2.25" they did send 2.5,
it took 4 weeks to get here, they say they don't have any 2.25" mufflers ??? so they send 2.5. I will reduce the inlet to 2.25". they charged me 250$
incl. 2 clamps 2.25", dual hanger, muffler (186$) 2 tailpipes 2.25".

Wow dude, for $140 you could've gotten the whole kit (with 2.5" pipes) from Summit. Give Summit a call.. I'm not sure how much shipping would be to Germany. Maybe that's the extra $$ in the carparts.com kit.
They are right tho, I haven't seen a Dynomax muffler with 2.25" pipes.
