Examples: 160hp 3.4 (low 16s in 1/4), replace worn interior or tired rear suspension components for that matter, larger/updated wheel style & electronic transmission.

Any other ideas on how I could utilize a 4th gen parts car to upgrade a third gen.

hey, i know that the electronic tranny's are supposed to be better, but would you want to do it. Because 3rd gens are known for having mad hella downkick. It's beautiful, and from what i've heard, 4th gens just don't do it.

 

Just stick to the simeple things like the:

Seats, Rims, Rear Axle and Disc Brakes, Stereo, Dash, Center Section

 

Have many members successfully swapped a 3.4 into their 3rd gen. How much did acceleration improve?
