will 3.4 camaro heads work?
will 3.4 camaro heads work?
NRT sells the 3.4 heads to fit 4th gen camaros and firebirds. I called and asked Nick Norris(the owner) if the heads would work on 2.8/3.1's, he said they would, but I;m not sure if I;m convinced if he knew for sure or not. So does anyone have experience putting 3.4 heads on the 2.8/3,1?

I've heard nothing but good results from the 4th gen guys at http://www.v6fbody.com about Nick, so I bet he's right.

hmmm, I;ve heard good stuff about him to. I think I'll give him a call again sometime, I;m also worried about the bolts that stick out of my 3.1 heads and whether or not they will fit the 3.4 heads.....it would suck not being able to mount your accessories back up
oh I was going to add something , but I forgot, if I bought a set of junkyard heads I would be paying out 50 bucks for the pair. Then I would need to have them magnafluxed 40 total. I want the higher tension springs and retainers 120-150. Then I would need the 3 angle valve job around 150-175. It almost as cheap just to buy the NRT heads AND you get the bigger valves which should add even more power.
