Pistons
Pistons
Hey Guys!
I want to rebuild my engine. And I'm looking for forged or hypereutectic pistons for a higher compression. Maybe 10,5:1 or 11:1. Does anybody know a manufacturer who makes such pistons? If possible with prices and
Please help.
Thanks!

I dunno about the higher compression pistons, you might have to mill the deck for that. Anyone know?

yea the Fierros use the same engine. The pistons should work. Be sure and do a little more research I;d hate for you to go through with everything and have problems. Check round and see if the engines are balanced the same way and all.

That guy Todd who used to come in here had a Fiero. I think he rebuilt his engine... I wonder what he used!
I also wonder how a high-compression piston would increase emissions. I think it would create extra NOx's because of the extra pressure. Anyone know?
