Timeing bolt
How do you get to the bolt to advance the timeing i cant seem to get at it let alone loosen it righ tnow my timeing is at 8degrees BTC and i want it at around 12 since i have a MSD. BTW my car was running fiine so im sure this dosnet have anythign to do with my other post
Your timing should be at 12btdc in the first place.
As for the bolt find yourself a long old wrench(not sure of size) and bend it so it will fit down behind the plenum.Or you can reach it with a socket and a universal joint type adapter.Good luck man.

The bolt's 15mm; I also use the ratchet with long extension, and universal joint.
I was using a 9/16" box wrench cut in half, but man, I kept burning myself on the damn engine, and dropping the wrench back there- forget that anymore!
