Well, I grabbed that mess of vacuum lines between the EGR stuff, throttle body, and fuel pressure regulator. I had snapped a few doing the injectors. I also grabbed the lines to the vapor canister.

I also nabbed something I've never seen before- an AIR pump delete pulley! It was from an '89 Firebird 2.8. I tried to get the rest of the pulleys I needed for the serpentine coversion (alternator, water pump), but didn't have the right tools for the water pump pulley. I gotta go back next week with a c-clamp to hold that sucker still.

I still didn't find any t/a's or iroc's or gta's to get the 1LE/JG1 aluminum shaft; oh well.

I also asked the guy how much he wanted for a 2.8. He told me $100! Wow, I've really gotta convince my dad somehow. Maybe I'll clean the basement up this holiday weekend.

Ya Tom, I got Heads(COMPLETE), Valve Covers, Upper and Lower Plenum and the throttle body for 35 bucks..

 

Cool! Oh I also forgot to mention that I finally saw the manual transmission tranny mount. The trans was missing, but the crossmember was on the front seats. That is one funny looking mount! Now I know what everyone was talking about.

Hey I just replaced one of those damn mounts... I torn the damn thing right in half. Not quite sure why they designed it like that but oh well...
