Ok, I want an opinion from you guy on how you think this will look. I'm having my car painted in April. I was going to paint it candy apple red. Im gonig to put white racing stripes on it, similar to the 25th anniversary edition stripes, on the hood, roof, and hatch. im either buying a 91-92 ground effects kit, or im gonna buy the set they sell at jc whitney if i cant find a original set. im going to have an IROC front end put on my car, because my front end cracked on the bottom underteath the fog light. im having a 91-92 z28 spoiler put on the back, without the brakelight, to replace the one i have now. what do u guys think?

Make sure you paint the door jambs and other areas like that.. I would recommend you keep the original color. For several reasons:

1. A cheap (or fair) job would look better in stock colors....

2. A real good paint job that changes the color will set ya back 2-3000

Do you want to be the guy who pops his hood and exposes the true color or opens the hatch and it is different..

Just my opinion, let us know what you do..

 

don't put the stripes on the roof.
that is dodges and fords style.

the camaro style is w/ them on the hood and rear decklid w/ out the roof striped...
